This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our online store.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an update by email.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to Malta and Gozo.
If delivery to your area is not available at checkout, please contact us at driveeasymalta@gmail.com, or on messenger before placing your order.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
Malta: 1 to 3 business days
Gozo: 2 to 5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, high demand, incorrect delivery details, or events outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Any free shipping offers or promotions will also be shown at checkout or on the relevant product page.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, we will send you the tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
Some local deliveries may not include full tracking.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please make sure your name, address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing your order.
Drive Easy is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Missed or Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, we may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt.
Additional delivery charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at driveeasymalta@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.
Free Gift With Order
If your order includes a free air freshener, it will be included with your package where available.
