Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, not installed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging where possible. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at driveeasymalta@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless we agree otherwise. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will help resolve the issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately at driveeasymalta@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, installed, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging where this affects the condition of the item.
Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable.
Free Gift With Order
If your order included a free air freshener or promotional item, it should be returned together with the main product if you are returning the full order.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. You may inspect the item, but you may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method. Refunds are processed without undue delay. Please remember that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
